About Fountainhead

Our Fountainhead community is a quiet neighborhood designed with 70 individual villa-style homes. Our neighbors are both seasonal and year-round residents, and each year more and more of us are becoming full-time residents. Although most homes have private pools within their screened lanais, there is a lovely community pool available for all Fountainhead homeowners. Fountainhead’s seclusion and quiet streets allow for leisurely walks, and our proximity to other communities within the Vineyards offers further safe walking and biking through other beautiful neighborhoods. Our planned community activities include many shared experiences within our neighborhood and out in the Naples area for those who are interested. Ours is a quiet community full of good neighbors who respect each other’s privacy and desire for a tranquil lifestyle.

Most homes in Fountainhead have direct access to one of the two lakes that enhance our community. While sitting on your lanai with a cool drink and a good book, the eyes wander to the serenity of the lakes and the wildlife they attract. Different varieties of ducks, egrets, anhinga, pelican and blue heron appear as do otters and turtles. It is not unusual to see an eagle or two soaring over the lakes looking for a tasty fish.
